Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit

Borrow money at a lower cost by using the equity in your home to secure a loan or line of credit. Borrow up to 80% of your home's equity, based on the current market value and loans already secured by your home. Home equity loans are available for up to 5 years. Borrow the money all at once and repay it in equal monthly installments. A home equity line of credit provides the flexibility and convenience of borrowing only as much as you need, when you need it, up to your credit line. As you pay down the balance on your line each month, you replenish your available credit to use again as needed.

Installment Loans

With a fixed interest rate and term, an installment loan provides the security of knowing what your payment will be each month. Pending credit approval, we will finance up to 90% of the purchase price for new cars for as long as 72 months and used cars for as long as 48 months. We also make secured and unsecured personal loans for just about any purpose, including vacation, recreational vehicles, debt consolidation and more.
